Responsibilities: Financial recording and disbursing.

The Connectional Budget Department, by authority of the General Conference, services as a clearinghouse for the receipt and disbursement of connectional fund received via the annual conferences.

  • Keep a separate as well as an aggregate account of each Annual Conference.

  • Pay out each budgeted line item via check or electronic means.

  • Report to the Winter Meeting of the Board of Bishops, Connectional Council Session in July and the Quadrennial Session of the General Conference.
