Bishop Seth O. Lartey



Rev. Prof. Uduak Usen Effiong was born on October 12, 1962 to the late Rev. Effiong Usen Ekpenyung and Mrs. Akim Effiong. He is the last born to the family that has seven other serving members in the AME Zion Church. The late E.U. Ekpenyung was one of the veterans of the AME Zion Church in E.W.A. retiring as Presiding Elder in the Church. Rev. Prof. Uduak Usen Effiong is married to Mrs. Promise C. Effiong and blessed with four children, John, Samuel, Esther, and Elizabeth.
